面向“十三五”:完善我国国家文化治理体系

【摘要】：自党的十八届三中全会提出要"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的目标之后,关于"治理"的话题日益成为焦点,究竟何为治理、文化治理是否可能、又应如何实现文化治理等问题也正成为文化发展研究领域的重大现实问题。"十三五"时期我国文化发展所面临的国际国内环境将异常复杂,为此,我国更应着力完善国家文化治理体系,以期与"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"的整体目标相一致。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of "promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities," the topic of "governance" has become increasingly the focus of attention. What exactly is governance and whether cultural governance is possible? And how to achieve cultural governance is also becoming a major practical problem in the field of cultural development research. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the international and domestic environment facing China's cultural development will be extremely complex. For this reason, our country should focus on perfecting the national cultural governance system. With a view to promoting the national governance system and governance capacity modernization, the overall goal is consistent.
