尼日尔与中国关系载体中的文化交流

　　尼日尔几年前与中国建立了双边关系。中国与尼日尔的双赢伙伴关系正在多个方面发展。选择“尼日尔与中国关系载体中的文化交流”这一主题作为我的毕业论文,首先解释了文化在这两个国家关系中的重要性和意义。本文追溯了中国与尼日尔的历史关系及其现在关系。其次,分析两国人民交往遇到的文化问题并追溯其根源。这开启了尼日尔与中国政治文化交流的新视野,强调了文化在加强外交以及社会、艺术和经济联系方面所发挥的基础性作用。本论文将提出具体的、创新的和可持续的政治文化发展项目,以新的外交关系加强与中国文化、各领域间的交往交流。中国和尼日尔是两个有着密切政治文化关系的国家,为了两国和两国人民的利益,必须利用这些理念来实现可持续发展。最后,它将为构建与中国新的外交关系敞开大门,在文化交流领域为尼日尔,同时也将为所有非洲国家服务。
