“东方文化事业委员会”活动研究

【摘要】：20世纪20年代中国的反日情绪不断高涨,国家间的冲突逐渐激化,甚至引发了局部战争。日本为了实施其依据对华文化政策而推行的教育、文化事业,扩大在中国的影响,成立"东方文化事业委员会"。中国政府和民众认为"东方文化事业委员会"是日本对华进行文化侵略的一环,中国教育、文化界对"东方文化事业委员会"的活动进行了强烈的抵制,由此衍生出许多冲突与摩擦。通过档案资料的分析可以将"东方文化事业委员会"在20世纪上半叶形成、发展、衰落的过程,及其在中日教育、文化交流上所开展的活动梳理出脉络,并搞清中日两国政府及民间对"东方文化事业委员会"的态度和立场。
[Abstract]:In 1920s China Anti Japanese sentiment rising, the conflict between the country gradually intensified, and even lead to a local war. Japan's cultural basis in order to implement the policy and the implementation of the education, culture, expand the influence in China, the establishment of "Oriental cultural undertakings committee". China government and people believe that the "Oriental cultural undertakings committee" is the Japanese cultural invasion of a ring, Chinese education, cultural circle has made great resistance to the "Oriental cultural undertakings committee" activities, resulting in many conflicts and frictions. Through the analysis of the data files can be "Oriental cultural undertakings committee" in the first half of the twentieth Century formation, development, decline. And, in education, to carry out cultural exchange activities out of context, and find out the Chinese and Japanese governments and people to "Oriental cultural undertakings committee" attitude and position.
