【摘要】：正清乾隆三十三年(1768),发生了一起震惊全国的特大贪污案件。两淮盐政官员与盐商相互勾结,鲸吞预提纲引余息银两,数额高达1000多万两。由于这一案件涉及钱数之多、时间之长、涉案人员之多,故两淮盐引案被称为"乾隆朝三大贪污案"之一。该案发生在"康乾盛世"的乾隆朝中期,正是清代社会发展的鼎盛时期。乾隆帝对此案极其重视,从案情的发生、审理到定案,连下多道谕旨,亲自参与和直接掌控。笔者借助《清宫扬州御档》(以下简称
