浅论唐代复除制度

【摘要】：起源于上古夏商时期的复除制度，发展到唐王朝，已然形成了一整套较为成熟的体制。与前朝相比，面向的人群范围更为扩大，具有新的特点。此制度的施行，与人民的日常生活息息相关，对统治政权的稳定也有重要的影响。唐代的复除制度，在吸收前朝经验教训的基础上，发展到了具有标志性的一个阶段，也为后世此项制度的继续发展和完善奠定了基础。本文在前人研究的基础上，进一步搜集、整理史料，运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的研究方法，对唐代复除制度的内涵、特点、实质以及其对唐代社会经济生活产生的影响作初步探讨。全文分为五个部分第一部分分析了唐代复除制度发展完善的背景。认为是封建阶级维护封建自然经济的手段，同时也是在吸取前朝统治教训的基础上，古代养民思想的进一步发展。最终是由于唐代政治经济制度的日趋完善促成了唐代复除制度的发展。第二部分论述了唐代复除制度的基本内涵。根据减免的类型，将其分为身份性复除和临时性复除。综合前人的研究成果，，力图勾画唐代复除制度的大致轮廓。第三部分是对唐代有关复除制度的机构和法令规定作一归纳，将唐前期和后期复除制度实行的实际效果作比较，得出此制度的施行决定于当时的政治经济状况的结论。第四部分立足于前文，分析了唐代复除制度的特点。与其它朝代相较，唐代的复除制度具有全面性、实效性和系统性的特点。第五部分评价了唐代复除制度的影响和实质。复除制度对于维护中小土地所有者的简单再生产，缓和社会矛盾，稳定社会有一定作用。但后期政治腐败，吏治败坏使得此制名存实亡。
[Abstract]:The system that originated in the ancient Xia and Shang dynasties developed into the Tang Dynasty and formed a set of mature system.Compared with the previous dynasties, the crowd for the scope of more expanded, with new characteristics.The implementation of this system is closely related to the daily life of the people and has an important impact on the stability of the ruling regime.On the basis of absorbing the experience and lessons of the previous dynasties, the system of restoration and removal in the Tang Dynasty developed to a stage of iconic significance, which laid a foundation for the further development and perfection of this system in later generations.On the basis of previous studies, this paper further collects and arranges historical data, applies the research methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and discusses the connotation and characteristics of the system of reversion in the Tang Dynasty.The essence and its influence on the social and economic life of Tang Dynasty were discussed.The full text is divided into five partsThe first part analyzes the background of the development and perfection of the system.It is considered as a means for the feudal class to maintain the feudal natural economy, and at the same time, it is the further development of the ancient thought of raising the people on the basis of absorbing the lessons of the rule of the former dynasty.Finally, the gradual improvement of the political and economic system in the Tang Dynasty contributed to the development of the system of restoration and removal in the Tang Dynasty.The second part discusses the basic connotation of the system.According to the type of relief, it can be divided into identity recombination and temporary recombination.By synthesizing the previous research results, this paper tries to outline the outline of the system of double-removal in Tang Dynasty.The third part is to sum up the relevant institutions and decrees of the Tang Dynasty, compare the actual effect of the system in the early and late Tang Dynasty, and draw the conclusion that the implementation of this system is determined by the political and economic situation at that time.The fourth part, based on the above, analyzes the characteristics of the system of double-removal in Tang Dynasty.Compared with other dynasties, the system of restoration and removal in Tang Dynasty has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, effectiveness and systematicness.The fifth part evaluates the influence and essence of the system of reversion in Tang Dynasty.The system of double removal plays a certain role in maintaining the simple reproduction of small and medium-sized landowners, easing social contradictions and stabilizing society.However, the late political corruption and corruption of officials made this system exist in name only.
