论曹操统治建立过程中的文化因素

【摘要】：汉末曹操在征服群雄、争取全国统一过程中,文化因素在其统治建立过程中也起了重要的影响和作用。具体表现在:对儒、法文化的利用使曹操有效地稳固了统治,整顿了吏治和扭转了社会风习;对道教等文化的接受和利用不仅使曹操整合了黄巾军、臣服了张鲁,也使他以之为代汉的舆论工具;对兵家和形名思想的吸纳利用不仅成就了曹操的军事才能,也使之更为有效地进行国家治理。
[Abstract]:In the process of conquering the heroes and striving for national unity in the late Han Dynasty, the cultural factors also played an important role in the establishment of his rule.Specifically, the use of Confucian and legal culture enabled Cao Cao to effectively stabilize his rule, rectify the administration of officials and reverse social customs. The acceptance and use of Taoist and other cultures not only enabled Cao Cao to integrate Huang napkin, but also to submit himself to Zhang Lu.It also made him a tool of public opinion on behalf of the Han Dynasty. The absorption and utilization of the military and the ideology of form and name not only made Cao Cao's military ability, but also made him more effective in the administration of the country.
