道光朝的义仓建设

【摘要】：道光朝的义仓建设,以奖励劝办为主要手段,在仓储职能、救助手段、管理模式、运营方式等等方面,均迥异于雍乾时期的社仓制度。这种制度变革的探索促成了义仓的一度兴盛,它拉开了晚清义仓兴起的大幕,对同、光年间义仓的蓬勃发展提供了制度借鉴。另一方面,政策的刺激、执行层面的问题等也对义仓的形象和发展造成了一些负面影响。
[Abstract]:Daoguang Dynasty's construction of righteousness warehouse is different from the system of social warehouse in Yongqian period in the aspects of storage function, rescue means, management mode, operation mode and so on. The exploration of this kind of system reform contributed to the prosperity of Yibin, which opened the curtain of the rise of Yibin in the late Qing Dynasty, and provided institutional reference for the vigorous development of Yibin in Guangnian. On the other hand, policy stimulation and executive problems also have some negative effects on the image and development of Yizang.
