西周春秋时期摄政制度初探

【摘要】：摄政是伴随中国古代专制社会而存在的一种政治现象。从上古的殷商时期到中国最后一个封建王朝清朝，摄政现象屡有出现。然而，春秋战国之际是中国古今之大变革时期，社会政治制度的方方面面都发生了巨大变化，摄政制度自然也不例外。 长期以来，学界对西周春秋时期摄政问题的关注重点是对几例典型摄政的具体史实研究，如：周公是否摄政、共和年间执政者的身份、隐公居摄的性质等问题。但是，有关西周春秋时期摄政制度的研究却不很充分，迄今为止，未见有学者对西周春秋时期的摄政制度做出专门论述。 本文即尝试以西周春秋时期的摄政制度作为研究对象，通过对西周春秋时期众多摄政现象的分析研究，概括归纳西周春秋时期摄政制度的内容特征，进而追溯其形成的原因并分析其存在的历史意义。 本文的主要结构分为五部分： 第一章简单总结学界对西周春秋时期摄政问题的研究成果，，提出本文的研究方向。 第二章概括分析西周春秋时期的社会政治背景和西周春秋时期“摄政”概念的含义，对西周春秋时期的摄政做初步的界定。 第三章分类阐述西周春秋时期出现的典型摄政。根据摄政主体和被摄君主的身份等级，将西周春秋时期的摄政大致分为四种类型： Ⅰ型：周公摄政——王臣摄王政 Ⅱ型：共和行政——外诸侯摄王政 Ⅲ型：隐公居摄——庶兄摄政 Ⅳ型：郑国当国制等——诸侯国卿大夫摄政 逐一分析并着重探讨各类摄政的出现、摄政主体的确定、摄政的意义等问题，从而使西周春秋时期摄政的制度内容与特征更加清晰。 第四章概括归纳西周春秋时期摄政的制度化因素与政治影响，力图对西周春秋时期的摄政制度做出比较全面的勾勒。 第五章从历史传统、政权组织、宗法约束三个方面分析追溯西周春秋时期摄政制度之历史特征的形成，并由此推论西周春秋时期摄政制度在后世的演变。
[Abstract]:Regency is a political phenomenon that exists with the autocratic society in ancient China. From the ancient Shang Dynasty to China's last feudal dynasty Qing Dynasty, regency frequently appeared. However, the Spring and Autumn and warring States period was a period of great change in China's ancient and modern times. Great changes have taken place in all aspects of the social and political system, and the regent system is no exception. For a long time, The focus of academic attention on the Regency in the Spring and Autumn period of Western Zhou Dynasty is to study the specific historical facts of several typical regency cases, such as whether Zhou Gong regent, the identity of the rulers in the Republican years, the nature of hidden public residence, and so on. However, the research on the Regency system in the Spring and Autumn period of the Western Zhou Dynasty is not sufficient, so far, No scholars have made a special exposition on the Regency system in the Spring and Autumn period of the Western Zhou Dynasty. This paper attempts to take the Regency system of the Spring and Autumn period of the Western Zhou Dynasty as the research object, through the analysis and research of the regency phenomenon in the Spring and Autumn period of the Western Zhou Dynasty. Summing up the content characteristics of the Regency system in the Spring and Autumn period of the Western Zhou Dynasty, The main structure of this paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter summarizes the academic research results of the Regency in the Spring and Autumn period of Western Zhou Dynasty.
