唐代尚书省档案管理中的南曹

【摘要】：唐代是我国古代人事档案管理发展的重要阶段,尚书省南曹是当时最为重要的人事档案管理机构。文章对唐代南曹发展历程进行了梳理,对其官员任职及职责进行分析,为我国现代人事档案管理提供理论参考。
