从“沽酒市脯不食”看西周人的食品安全心理

【摘要】：饮食作为社会生活的重要内容,在西周朝颇受关注,并产生了诸子的饮食观。故孔子在《论语》里有云:"沽酒市脯不食。"孔子在《论语》中的这些关于合理饮食的论述,代表着周人的食品文化心理,也反映了西周人对食品安全的要求。
[Abstract]:Diet, as an important part of social life, received much attention in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and produced the view of diet. Therefore, Confucius in the Analects of Confucius in the cloud: "Gu wine market not to eat." Confucius' argumentation on rational diet in Analects of Confucius represents the food cultural psychology of Zhou people and also reflects the requirements of food safety for the people of Western Zhou Dynasty.
