金代吏员研究

【摘要】： 本文主要以金代为研究范围,以金代吏员为研究对象,在总结、借鉴前辈学者研究成果的基础上,运用历史文献学、二重证据法等史学研究方法,通过对金代吏员制度的形成背景及金代吏员的设置、来源、职责与管理、出职等方面的论述,进而揭示金代吏员集团形成的背景与基础,重点在于说明吏员集团与金代社会的关系,从而进一步深化对金代吏员的本质认识。
[Abstract]:This article mainly takes the Jin Dynasty as the research scope, takes the Jin Dynasty official as the research object, on the basis of summing up, draws lessons from the predecessor scholar's research achievement, uses the historical documentary science, the double evidence method and so on historical research method. By discussing the background of the formation of the official system in the Jin Dynasty and the setting, source, duty and management of the official in the Jin Dynasty, the paper further reveals the background and foundation of the formation of the official group in the Jin Dynasty. The key point is to explain the relationship between official group and the society of Jin Dynasty, so as to deepen the understanding of the essence of officials in Jin Dynasty.
