清代京城牛羊圈述论

【摘要】:清代,京城牛羊圈由庆丰司管辖。牛羊圈所养的牛羊繁多,且有完整的人员编制。牛羊的饲喂分为在圈喂养和放养。牛羊圈的考核,包括圈间肥瘦情况比较和死亡情况两个方面。牛羊圈为皇室提供了不计其数的牛乳和羊肉,残伤的牛羊要变卖,死亡的牛羊则为武备院提供皮张,为虎、鹭鸶等提供食物。牛羊圈形成的一套较完善的管理机制,对今天有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the city's cattle and sheep were under the jurisdiction of Qingfeng. Cattle and sheep are kept by a wide range of sheep and cattle, and have a complete staffing. Cattle and sheep feeding is divided into circle feeding and stocking. The evaluation of cattle and sheep hoops includes two aspects: the comparison of lean condition and death. Cattle and sheep circles provide the royal family with countless milk and mutton, bruised cattle and sheep to be sold, dead cattle and sheep to provide the military hospital with leather sheets, for tigers, egrets and other food. A set of perfect management mechanism formed by cattle and sheep ring has certain reference significance to today.
