宋代专门档案管理分析

【摘要】：正在宋朝,政府采取中央集权,所有内外政事由皇帝亲自决定,并取消了前朝的君臣面议政事的形式,官吏向上级乃至皇帝进言采用奏章、上书,整个国家产生了海量的文书。而由于官员在奏章之中有可能出现与事实不符的情况,宋朝政府中有先见之明的君臣积极的推出措施以减少文书、加强档案管理,从而使得宋朝的档案管理工作得到极大的发展。通过档案管理工作的进行,在档案
[Abstract]:In the Song Dynasty, the government adopted centralization of power, all internal and external political affairs were decided by the emperor himself, and the former monarch and ministers were abolished in the form of official discussion. Officials wrote to their superiors and even to the emperor and wrote to them. The whole country produced a great deal of documents. Due to the fact that officials may not agree with the facts in playing the seal, the Song Dynasty government has actively introduced measures to reduce the number of documents and strengthen file management.
