不秘而秘——清代密折制度探源

【摘要】：密折制度是清代所独有的官方文书制度,对清代的政治活动有重要影响,多年来康熙三十二年李熙和曹寅的奏折被认为是最早的密折,但随着研究深入,尤其是近年来对满文奏折的发掘,为密折制度的研究提供了许多珍贵的史料。
[Abstract]:The secret fold system is a unique official document system in the Qing Dynasty, which has an important influence on the political activities of the Qing Dynasty. For many years, Li Xi and Cao Yin were regarded as the earliest secret books in the 32 years of Kangxi, but with the development of the research, Especially in recent years, the excavation of Manchu Biography provides a lot of valuable historical materials for the study of the secret fold system.
