唐代汴河流域社会经济发展与环境问题研究

【摘要】: 纵贯南北、连接黄淮的汴河,随着江南的富庶,成为唐朝的漕运要道。以此为契机,汴河流域的社会经济得到全面发展。其中交通运输业率先发展,以汴河为主干迅速形成庞大的水运网络;汴河运路的便捷带动了沿线城市的兴起,促进了工商业的繁荣;沿汴水利灌溉工程的兴修推动了周边农业的发展,汴河经济带依此应运而生,并在唐代社会经济运行中发挥着重要作用。唐代汴河流域的生态环境整体上处于良好状态。汴河水网兼具引水、分洪、灌溉、转漕、运输、植树绿化和改良土壤等多种良性生态效益;唐对汴河的浚治,缓解了汴河及黄河下游的压力,对于疏通航道,减少水患,保护生态环境具有一定的积极作用。而汴河泥沙的淤积,官方的节水保运以及疏于修治则破坏了沿岸的自然环境,加上城市对森林资源的消耗,给生态系统带来了不利影响。
[Abstract]:Throughout the north and south, connecting the Huang-Huai Bianhe River, with the prosperity of the south of the Yangtze River, it became the main road of water transportation in the Tang Dynasty. Taking this as an opportunity, the social economy of Bianhe River Basin has been developed in an all-round way. Among them, the transportation industry took the lead in the development, taking Bianhe River as the main body to form a huge water transportation network rapidly, the convenience of Bianhe Road led to the rise of cities along the route and promoted the prosperity of industry and commerce. The construction of irrigation project along Bian Water Conservancy promoted the development of surrounding agriculture, according to which the economic belt of Bianhe River came into being and played an important role in the social and economic operation of Tang Dynasty. The ecological environment of Bianhe River Basin in Tang Dynasty is in good condition as a whole. Bianhe water network has many benign ecological benefits, such as water diversion, flood diversion, irrigation, diversion, transportation, tree planting and soil improvement. The dredging treatment of Bianhe River by Tang Dynasty alleviated the pressure of Bianhe River and the lower reaches of the Yellow River, and played a positive role in dredging the waterway, reducing flooding and protecting the ecological environment. However, the sediment deposition of Bianhe River, the official water saving and transportation, and the neglect of repair and control destroy the natural environment along the coast, coupled with the consumption of forest resources by the city, which has brought adverse effects on the ecosystem.
