诸葛亮军事活动研究

【摘要】： 诸葛亮是一位了不起的战略家和军事家。他不仅为蜀汉提出了军事战略《隆中对》,而且为此战略的实现奉献了自己的后半生。无论在用人、外交、南征、北伐、后勤、治军,还是在作战指挥等方面,诸葛亮都表现出了卓越的智慧与才能。诸葛亮军事活动大多是在思想指导下有目的地展开,因而取得了许多令人激赏的成就,如任人唯贤、成功地联吴外交、以攻心战平定南中叛乱、研发“木牛流马”、“损益连弩”、推演八阵图、从严治军等。但人无完人,诸葛亮也是如此,作为最高军事长官,在决策和行动中表现出不少失误,如北伐中错用马谡与李严、策反孟达未获成功、战术缺乏变化等,当然这些失误不足与其贡献比起来还是相形见绌的。诸葛亮就是这样一位集杰出智慧与不少失误于一身的军事家。
[Abstract]:Zhuge Liang is a great strategic and militarist. He not only put forward the military strategy for Shu Han, but also devoted the second half of his life to the realization of the strategy. Whether in terms of employment, diplomacy, southward expedition, Northern Expedition, logistics, military management, or operational command, Zhuge Liang has shown outstanding wisdom and talent. Most of Zhuge Liang's military activities were carried out purposefully under the guidance of ideology, thus making many commendable achievements, such as meritocracy, successfully United Wu diplomacy, in order to attack the heart and calm down the rebellion in the south, and to develop and develop "wooden cattle and horses." "profit and loss crossbow", deduce eight diagrams, strictly manage the army, and so on. However, no one is perfect, nor is Zhuge Liang. As the top military officer, he has made many mistakes in his decisions and actions, such as the wrong use of Ma Su and Li Yan in the Northern Expedition, the unsuccessful rebellion against Meng Da, and the lack of changes in tactics, and so on. Of course, these mistakes are dwarfed by their contributions. Zhuge Liang is such a militarist who combines outstanding wisdom with many mistakes.
