北宋名将种世衡的管理谋略

【摘要】：正范仲淹经略西北时发现并使用了种世衡,使得其杰出的军事才能和管理谋略得以施展。种世衡(985—1045年),字仲平,深受儒家思想文化的影响,注重气节养成和文化修养。他在治理边地时政绩突出,是一位声誉卓著、文武兼备、具备高超领导才能的将领,其杰出的军事才能和管理谋略令后人景仰。
[Abstract]:When Fan Zhongyan discovered and used seed Shiheng in northwest China, his outstanding military talent and management strategy were carried out. Seed Heng (985-1045), the word Zhongping, deeply influenced by Confucian thought and culture, pay attention to the cultivation of spirit and culture. He has outstanding achievements in the governance of the border, is a prominent reputation, both cultural and martial arts, with superb leadership skills, his outstanding military skills and management strategy to be admired by future generations.
