【摘要】：广东革命根据地在中国共产党近三十年的民主革命斗争中占据着重要的地位,是广东人民革命的战斗堡垒,在国民党反动派的重重包围中坚持长期的斗争,屹立于祖国的南疆,成为中国革命根据地的重要组成部分。在土地革命时期,中国共产党在广东革命根据地做了大量的建设工作,涉及政治、经济、军事和社会等方面,这些建设巩固了革命根据地,为革命斗争的顺利进行提供了保障。中共十六届四中全会以来,社会建设越来越受重视,党和国家在加强政治经济建设的同时逐渐重视社会建设,特别是十七大、十八大上多次强调要加强以民生为重点的社会建设。此时,研究党在历史上的社会建设具有很强的现实意义。本文以土地革命时期为时间界限,以广东革命根据地的社会建设为研究对象与内容,从社会建设的角度去整理和分析1927年到1937年土地革命期间广东革命根据地的史料,通过整理和分析,对过去社会建设的基本情况做个初步的勾勒和阐述。文章内容主要包括相关概念的界定;土地革命时期的广东革命根据地社会建设;社会建设的特点和不足以及结语四个部分。通过明确在土地革命时期背景下“广东革命根据地”和“社会建设”的具体含义,整理和阐述党在社会建设方面推行的各项政策和措施,以试图填补社会建设方面研究在广东革命根据地史上的空白,实现学术意义。也希望为今天的社会建设提供宏观上的启示,并且从历史的角度证明,中国共产党不仅在很早以前就开始重视和开展社会建设,而且也有能力有信心领导中国人民建成社会主义和谐社会。
[Abstract]:The Guangdong revolutionary base area occupies an important position in the democratic revolutionary struggle of the Communist Party of China for nearly 30 years. It is the fighting fortress of the people's revolution in Guangdong Province and has persisted in the long struggle under the heavy siege of the Kuomintang reactionaries. Standing in the southern part of the motherland, it became an important part of the Chinese revolutionary base area. During the agrarian revolution, the Communist Party of China did a lot of construction work in the Guangdong revolutionary base area, involving politics and economy. In military and social aspects, these constructions have consolidated the revolutionary base areas and provided a guarantee for the smooth progress of the revolutionary struggle. Since the fourth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, more and more attention has been paid to social construction. While strengthening political and economic construction, the Party and the state have gradually attached importance to social construction, especially at the 17th National Congress of the CPC. At this time, the Party and the State have repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen social construction with the emphasis on people's livelihood. It is of great practical significance to study the social construction of the Party in history. This paper takes the period of the Agrarian Revolution as the time limit and takes the social construction of the Guangdong revolutionary base area as the research object and content. From the perspective of social construction to collate and analyze the historical data of Guangdong revolutionary base area during the agrarian revolution from 1927 to 1937 through sorting out and analyzing. To make a preliminary outline and elaboration of the basic situation of social construction in the past. The content of the article mainly includes the definition of related concepts; The social construction of Guangdong revolutionary base area during the agrarian revolution; The characteristics and shortcomings of social construction and the conclusion of the four parts. Through the background of the agrarian revolution in the context of "Guangdong revolutionary base area" and "social construction" specific meaning. In order to fill in the blank in the history of Guangdong revolutionary base area, the author collates and expounds the policies and measures carried out by the Party in social construction. It also hopes to provide macroscopic enlightenment for today's social construction, and from the historical point of view, the Communist Party of China not only began to attach importance to and carry out social construction a long time ago. Also has the ability to have the confidence to lead the Chinese people to build the socialist harmonious society.
