民国时期的湖南广播事业研究

【摘要】：20世纪20年代的广播事业对中国的政治、军事、文化教育等方面产生了巨大的影响。1923年,中国第一座广播电台在上海建立作为当时的新生媒体,广播事业发展迅速,大受欢迎。各个党派、团体有感于此,都竭尽全力地创建广播电台作为自己的舆论宣传工具。在这样的背景之下,国民党中央与湖南省政府通力合作,开始发展湖南省的广播事业。本文以1912年至1949年中华人民共和国建立之时作为考察时段,探讨民国时期广‘播事业在湖南发展的概况。按中国近代历史分期法将这段历史分为抗日战争前、抗日战争时期与解放战争时期三个时期。文章主体部分的三个章节便是按照这三个历史阶段来划分的。每一个章节都详细叙述了该时期湖南广播电台的建设状况、广播电台节目的设置与内容以及电子工业的发展情况。通过对这三个时期各个方面的条分缕析,勾勒出民国时期湖南广播事业的发展概况。湖南省广播事业是我国广播事业的一个重要组成部分,它具有自身的地域特色,同时,在广播事业发展的阶段,当时的政府也在着手整顿无线电广播,这是一个政府对于新生事物所必然负有的管理职能,也是政府借以加强政权控制的手段之研究民国时期湖南广播事业最为重要的一个出发点,就是想“借前车之鉴,辟未来之路”。通过对民国时期湖南广播事业发展过程的整体把握,扬长避短,为21世纪湖南省广播电台的发展提供借鉴
[Abstract]:In 1920s, broadcasting had a great influence on China's politics, military affairs, culture and education. In 1923, China's first radio station was established in Shanghai as a new media at that time. The broadcasting industry is growing rapidly and is very popular. All parties and groups feel that they are doing everything they can to create radio stations as their own means of public opinion. Against such a background, all parties and groups have made every effort to create radio stations as their own means of public opinion. The Kuomintang Central Committee and the Hunan Provincial Government worked together to develop broadcasting in Hunan Province. This paper takes the period from 1912 to 1949 when the people's Republic of China was established as the period of investigation. This paper discusses the general situation of the development of the cause of broadcasting in Hunan during the period of the Republic of China. According to the division of modern Chinese history, the history is divided into the period before the War of Resistance against Japan. The three chapters of the main body of the article are divided according to these three historical stages. Each chapter describes in detail the construction of Hunan radio station in that period. . Through the analysis of each aspect of these three periods, this paper outlines the development of Hunan broadcasting during the Republic of China. Hunan broadcasting industry is an important part of China's broadcasting industry, it has its own regional characteristics, at the same time, in the stage of the development of broadcasting, the government at that time also started to rectify radio broadcasting. This is the administrative function that a government must have for the new things, and it is also the means by which the government can strengthen the control of the regime. One of the most important starting points for the study of Hunan broadcasting during the period of the Republic of China is to "draw lessons from the past and open the way to the future." through the overall grasp of the development process of the broadcasting industry in Hunan during the period of the Republic of China, we can take advantage of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses.
