【摘要】:自清末民国初期以来,新式学堂大量建立,新式小学教育也日益兴起。小学教员在知识传授,人格培养方面发挥了重要作用。本文希望通过考察忻州东六县小学教员活动对乡村社会经济、文化产生的影响以及政府对于小学教员改造的措施以及成效,揭示解放战争时期忻州东六县乡村小学教员真实社会生存状况。第一章简单分析了教员主要来源于短期师范、简易师范培训班以及大量的在乡知识分子与山公学员,并呈现出数量少、文化水平低,素质较低的特点。第二章主要分析了由于忻州东六县小学教员思想上存在自私自利、对当前形势认识不清、对新民主主义政策不理解等问题,政府通过组织教员学习新民主主义教育方针,以及知识分子政策,提高小学教员待遇,表彰模范教员,精简问题教员,基本实现了对小学教员的改造。第三章论述了小学教员的在校活动,即巩固学生,民主管理学生,鼓励学生自治,教授学生知识。第四章着重研究了小学教员带领学生参加经济生产,土地改革,支前拥军工作,及其对乡村社会经济、文化产生重要影响。本文认为,大多数小学教员通过对新民主主义理论、政策的学习与具体的教学、社会实践,经历了政府改造以及自我改造的过程,最终基本上达到了政府对于小学教员的期望,他们进一步理解了新民主主义文化,对于中国共产党产生了基本的政治认同,树立了坚定的革命信仰。新中国成立以后,政府延续并不断完善了解放战争时期小学教员改造的做法,到1950年代小学教员被形塑成有坚定的革命信仰,无私奉献于革命教育事业的群体。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China, a large number of new schools have been established, and new primary school education has become increasingly popular. This paper hopes to investigate the influence of primary school teachers' activities on rural social economy and culture, and the measures and results of the government's reform of primary school teachers by investigating the influence of primary school teachers' activities on rural social economy and culture in six counties of Xinzhou. Reveal the real social living conditions of teachers in rural primary schools in six counties of Xinzhou Dongliu during the War of Liberation. The first chapter simply analyzes that teachers mainly come from short-term teachers. Simple teacher training courses as well as a large number of rural intellectuals and Shan Gong students, and presents a small number of low cultural level. The second chapter mainly analyzes the problems such as selfishness, unclear understanding of the current situation and lack of understanding of the new democratic policy due to the ideological selfishness of primary school teachers in six counties of Xinzhou. Through the organization of teachers to study the new democratic education policy, as well as intellectual policy, the Government improved the treatment of primary school teachers, commended model teachers, and streamlined problem teachers. The third chapter discusses the school activities of primary school teachers, that is, consolidating students, democratic management of students, encouraging student autonomy. Teaching students' knowledge. Chapter 4th focuses on the study of primary school teachers leading students to participate in economic production, land reform, support of the former army work, and its impact on rural social economy and culture. The majority of primary school teachers through the new democratic theory, policy learning and specific teaching, social practice, experienced the process of government reform and self-transformation. In the end, it basically met the government's expectations for primary school teachers, who further understood the new democratic culture and created a basic political identity for the Communist Party of China. After the founding of New China, the government continued and improved the reform of primary school teachers during the War of Liberation. By the 1950s, primary school teachers were shaped into a firm revolutionary belief. A group of people who devote themselves selflessly to the cause of revolutionary education.
