东北沦陷时期哈尔滨初等教育研究

【摘要】:1898年,随着中东铁路的修建,哈尔滨开埠。在人口大量增加的同时,哈尔滨的初等教育随之萌芽,初期主要是俄国人凭借经济实力建立的各种学校,清末新政后,华人学校逐步增加。辛亥革命后,特别是收回教育权后,哈尔滨初等教育得到了相当发展,教育体系、教育制度相对完备,学校学生数量不断增加,到九·一八事变前,哈尔滨的初等教育已初具规模,并呈现健康发展的趋势。日本发动九·一八事变后,占据东北,为达到掠夺资源,永久占据东北的目的,强制推行奴化教育,哈尔滨的初等教育迅速的殖民化,教育方针从贯彻具有资产阶级性质的“三民主义”演变为贯彻封建意识神话色彩的“王道主义”及“惟神之道”;教育行政机构为适应日伪教育形势的不断发展几经调整;为满足日伪需要培养初级劳动力,对学制教科目进行大幅改制;对奴化教育的主要工具——教师实施再教育,重新培养并加强控制;对教科书的内容进行大幅修改,为日本的侵略编造借口,为日伪的统治制造理论依据;对学生从精神上进行“洗脑”,利用日常的行为、仪式及日本文化对学生进行潜移默化的奴化教育和日本同化教育。希望通过这些来达到摧毁东北民族意识和反抗精神,实现长期占有东北,掠夺资源的目的。日伪在哈尔滨十三年的奴化教育给哈尔滨的教育事业带来严重的负面影响和不良的后果,也给受到奴化教育的学生带来难以估量的危害。
[Abstract]:In 1898, with the construction of the railway in the Middle East, Harbin opened its port. With a large increase in population, primary education in Harbin began to sprout. At the beginning, it was mainly Russian schools built with economic strength. After the New deal in the late Qing Dynasty, The number of Chinese schools has gradually increased. After the Revolution of 1911, especially after the withdrawal of the right to education, Harbin's primary education has been considerably developed, the education system and the education system are relatively complete, and the number of students in schools has been increasing continuously. By the time of the September 18 incident, Primary education in Harbin has begun to take shape and has shown a trend of healthy development.After the September 18th incident, Japan occupied the Northeast and, in order to achieve the goal of plundering resources and permanently occupying the Northeast, it enforced enslavement education. Harbin's primary education was rapidly colonized. The educational policy has evolved from the "three people's principles" with bourgeois nature to the "monarchism" and "only God's way" of feudal consciousness and mythology, and has been adjusted several times to adapt to the continuous development of the educational situation of the Japanese and the false. In order to meet the needs of the Japanese and the Japanese, to train the primary labor force, to substantially reform the academic system and teaching subjects, to re-educate teachers, the main tool of enslavement education, to re-train and strengthen control, and to substantially revise the contents of textbooks, To make up excuses for Japanese aggression, to create a theoretical basis for the Japanese puppet rule, to "brainwash" students spiritually, and to make use of their daily behavior, Ritual and Japanese culture imperceptible enslavement education and Japanese assimilation education to students. Through these, we hope to destroy the northeast national consciousness and the spirit of resistance, and achieve long-term occupation of the Northeast. The purpose of plundering resources. The enslaved education of Japanese puppet in Harbin for 13 years has brought serious negative influence and bad consequence to Harbin's education cause, and also brought incalculable harm to the students who have been enslaved education.
