国民党福建省各级党部研究（1937-1945）

【摘要】：抗战爆发后不久,国民党转入战时体制。福建是国民党能够直接控制的省份之一,战前有较好的党务基础,且不是日军的主攻方向,因而有较好的条件实现体制的转变。本文以战时国民党福建省各级党部(省党部、县市及以下党部)为研究对象,主要依据福建省档案馆档案“国民党福建省党部”(全宗号：82)及福建国民党党刊党报等历史资料,考察了战时国民党福建各级党部的组织机构、人员群体、主要活动及各级党部与政府的关系,比较完整地勾勒出战时体制下国民党地方党部的存在状况,以探求国民党在地方统治的特征、“国民党政权"中“党”的地位和作用,更好地理解“国民党政权"的历史涵义。本文认为,国民党福建地方党部在改制后,组织机构设置更加完备,组织、人员数量迅速膨胀,但这些并未使国民党的力量得到相应的增长,国民党在地方政治中所起的作用非常有限,“以党治国”的理念在地方层面得不到实现。
[Abstract]:Shortly after the outbreak of the war, the Kuomintang into wartime system.
