近代东北西部的铁路建设对区域社会经济的影响

【摘要】:近代以前,东北西部大部分地区是原生态的蒙古王公的荒原,水肥草美,杳无人烟。进入20世纪,蒙古王公的招垦开禁活动与清政府系列新政中的移民实边政策,共同推进了向关内的移民趋势,致使移民数量激增,东北西部蒙荒逐渐得到开发。民国后,大部分区域划归奉天省的洮昌道管辖。为加快蒙荒的开发速度和农牧业资源的输出,南满铁路公司与奉天省公署等部门相继在该地铺设了铁路网。由于地理条件相似,政令统一,东北西部地区的铁路建设和管理比较顺畅,促进了区域经济发展和社会变革,加速了东北西部地区的城镇化进程。
[Abstract]:Before modern times, most of the western part of Northeast China was the barren land of the original monarch of Mongolia, with beautiful water, fat grass, and no one. In 20th century, the Mongol Lord's recruitment and reclamation activities and the immigration policy of the Qing government in a series of new policies were carried out. Together, the migration trend to the people's Republic of China has been pushed forward, resulting in a surge in the number of immigrants, and the famine in the western part of the Northeast has been gradually developed. After the Republic of China, most of the regions were under the jurisdiction of Tao Chang Road in Fengtian Province. In order to speed up the development of the famine in Mongolia and the export of agricultural and animal husbandry resources, Nanman Railway Corporation, Fengtian Provincial Office and other departments have laid the railway network there one after another. Due to the similarity of geographical conditions and unification of government orders, railway construction and management in the western part of Northeast China have been relatively smooth, which has promoted regional economic development and social transformation. Speed up the process of urbanization in the western part of Northeast China.
