民国时期东北乡村地权变动探析

【摘要】：民国时期东北乡村的地权既有官地到民地的转化,还有民地所属权转换中土地由集中到分散的发展态势。伴随这些转变的发生,东北乡村的社会结构、生产方式及生产关系都发生了不同于以往的变动;同时,由于地权变动中伴随着人口的流动,二者之间相互作用并共同作用于东北地区城市的发展,一定程度上推动了东北地区城市化的进程。
[Abstract]:During the period of the Republic of China, the land rights of rural areas in Northeast China were transformed from official land to civilian land, as well as the trend of land development from concentration to dispersion in the conversion of land ownership rights. With these changes, the social structure of rural areas in Northeast China occurred. The mode of production and the relations of production are different from the past. At the same time, due to the change of land rights accompanied by the movement of population, they interact with each other and work together in the development of cities in Northeast China. To some extent, promote the process of urbanization in Northeast China.
