【摘要】：广东省营造纸厂建成投产不久,就因日本发动侵略战争而被侵占,并进而劫掠至北海道勇拂。战后在纸厂被劫机器及日方配件归还与雇用日籍技工等问题上,中国经过与美、日的反复交涉,皆获致满意之结果。这一交涉个案反映了中国当时较弱的实力,也反映了中方人员自身之努力。
[Abstract]:Not long after the completion and commissioning of the Guangdong Ying Paper Factory, it was occupied by Japan's war of aggression, and then looted to Hokkaido. After the war, China went through and with the United States on such issues as the return of machinery and Japanese spare parts to the paper mill and the employment of Japanese technicians. The case reflects China's weaker strength at the time and the efforts of its own personnel.
