【摘要】：正1940年8月,家住宛平县的妇女傅李氏,因生活无着投河自尽,被救后警察局发文将其送交社会局救济所。据警察局的调查显示,傅李氏,"其夫傅宝斋,于上年七月间已故,遗有田地数亩,已典卖得洋度日用尽。遂至本市内西砖胡同刘姓宅内佣工。于前数日因事被辞后,无法生活,每日沿街乞讨。于本月十一日,行至什刹海地方,一时心窄,即投河自杀,被警救获。询明前情,送请安置。"[1]
