【摘要】：正被誉为"中兴之臣"的李鸿章于同治四年至五年(1865—1866)担任两江总督两年。《清宫扬州御档》第十七册收录了李鸿章在任期间及其前后,与李并与扬州相关的三件御档,分别是:同治二年(1863)《奏为兵饷支绌请旨敕下江苏巡抚李鸿章勿在扬州高邮等处招募勇夫事》(附件)、同治五年(1866)《晓谕奖励李鸿章等人事》、同治七年(1868)《奏为赴扬州与李鸿章晤商并察看丹徒等地荒田等事》。这
