民国时期杭州茶馆与城市社会生活研究（1927-1949）

【摘要】：中国茶馆的出现和流行,经历千年嬗变,虽有跌宕起伏,却也多姿多彩。东晋老妪,上街卖茶粥;唐人封演,首先记录下"城市多开店铺,煎茶卖之";两宋茶肆林立,陈设精心雅致,奇茶异汤,光辉满座;明清两代,茶馆融于市井,世象百态,尽显其中……茶馆源于人们的生产生活需要,和社会经济文化有诸多联系,发挥自身基本价值的同时,能够在变换的环境下积极调整适应,不仅为生存发展找到新的出路,更是逐步沉淀出深厚的茶馆文化。杭州茶馆极具江南特色,在历史演变中和城市发展融为一体。在对杭州茶馆的主要类型、数量规模、分布范围情况的分析和数据比较基础上,突出其明显的时代和地区性特点。通过翻阅浙江省和杭州市档案馆的资料,尽可能细致地展现1927-1949年期间茶馆参与城市人们生活的一些真实场景,并结合历史学、经济学、社会学的理论方法和研究成果,探讨杭州茶馆与人们日常休闲、与社会经济、与政治发生的关系,从而揭示国家政治和社会变迁对城市发展和社会生活的影响,有助于进一步理解日常文化、小商业、公共政治的相互作用。研究成果包括:充分利用现存的史料,比较完整地呈现出当时杭州茶馆的发展情况,并对茶馆经理和茶客进行分析,勾勒出人们使用和享受茶馆生活的场景;将茶馆具体的财务开支和资金状况纳入考察范围,以此来反映茶馆在社会经济中的地位和作用;通过诸多发生在茶馆的案例事实以及一些相关政策,来体现茶馆中的政治内容。
[Abstract]:The emergence and popularity of Chinese teahouses have undergone a thousand years of evolution, although there have been ups and downs, but they are also colorful. The old woman of the Eastern Jin Dynasty took to the streets to sell tea and porridge; the Tang people first recorded "more shops in the city and fried tea for sale"; the tea shops of the two Song dynasties were Lin Li. Elaborate and elegant furnishings, strange tea and different soup, full of splendor; in the Ming and Qing dynasties, teahouses mingled with the city, and the world was in a variety of forms. The teahouse originated from people's needs in production and life, and had many links with social, economic and cultural conditions. While giving play to their basic values, they can actively adjust and adapt in the changing environment, not only to find a new way out for survival and development, but also to gradually precipitate a profound teahouse culture. Hangzhou teahouse has the characteristics of the south of the Yangtze River. On the basis of the analysis and data comparison of the main types, quantity and distribution of tea houses in Hangzhou, By looking through the archives of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City, the teahouse's participation in urban people's life from 1927 to 1949 was shown in as detail as possible, and combined with history and economics, This paper discusses the relationship between Hangzhou teahouse and people's daily leisure, social economy, and politics, thus revealing the influence of national political and social changes on urban development and social life. It is helpful to further understand the interaction of daily culture, small business, and public politics. The research results include: making full use of existing historical materials and showing the development of Hangzhou teahouse in a relatively complete way at that time. It also analyzes the teahouse manager and tea guests, outlines the scene of people's using and enjoying the teahouse life, and brings the specific financial expenditure and capital status of the teahouse into the scope of investigation to reflect the status and role of the teahouse in the social economy. The political content of the teahouse is embodied by the facts of many cases and some related policies.
