再论江津县退押运动的几个问题——对《江津县退押运动再研究》一文的学术回应

【摘要】：围绕1950年江津县的"退押运动"展开的争论,反映了土地改革研究中两种不同的研究路径:一是经济层面上的地权交易,一是政治意义上的革命动员。法币贬值与押租制度虽然存在联系,却无法推翻"退押属于产权清算"的论点。由于押金价值只与押金交纳时的谷物购买力相关,所以法币贬值与押金贬值之间并不存在绝对的因果联系。因货币贬值引起的租佃纠纷,本质上是如何均衡与分摊金融风险的问题。
[Abstract]:The controversy surrounding the "retreat movement" in Jiangjin County in 1950 reflects two different research paths in the study of land reform: first, land ownership transactions at the economic level. The first is revolutionary mobilization in the political sense. Although there is a link between the devaluation of the legal dollar and the system of mortgage rent, it cannot overturn the argument that "the withdrawal of the deposit belongs to the liquidation of property rights." because the value of the deposit is only related to the purchasing power of grain when the deposit is paid. Therefore, there is no absolute causal relationship between the devaluation of the legal currency and the depreciation of the deposit. The tenancy dispute caused by the devaluation of the currency is essentially a question of how to balance and share the financial risks.
