【摘要】：抗战爆发后，中国共产党为动员全国一切抗日力量，抵御日寇，号召建立最广泛的抗日民族统一战线，这其中必然包括占人口半数的广大妇女群众。晋察冀边区妇女抗日救国会便是在中国共产党的领导下，建立的不分阶级、不分民族、不分党派、不分年龄的妇女群众组织。它的成立不仅标志着晋察冀边区的妇女抗日救亡运动从此有了统一的组织领导机构，同时对全国范围内妇女界抗日民族统一战线的形成与发展也起了极大的推动作用。它既是中国共产党成立以来妇女政策变化与发展的必然产物，更是时代要求下党领导妇女群众走向胜利、走向解放的必经之路。晋察冀边区妇女救国会成立以后，便担负起组织、团结边区各界妇女群众，积极参加抗战与根据地建设的历史使命。健全的组织机构与完善的工作制度为边区妇救会工作的顺利开展提供了前提保障。为发动妇女群众走出家庭、参加抗战，边区各级妇救干部切实深入妇女群众中，用各种方法大力宣传参战抗战与妇女解放的道理，打破了封建传统观念对妇女的思想禁锢；通过深入开展关乎妇女切身利益问题的工作，把妇女从封建婚姻和各种疾病中解放出来。同时，边区各级妇救会对妇女开展文化教育，提高妇女文化素养；组织妇女参加生产与建设，鼓励妇女参政议政，在增加其家庭收入的同时，更提高了妇女在政治、经济、社会中的地位，使妇女充分享受到当家做主人的权利。在边区各级妇救会的带领下，妇女们扮演起从未体验过的角色。她们虽不能像男子一样在前线奋勇杀敌，却以同样英勇的姿态出现在后方各项抗战工作中，为抗日战争的胜利及根据地的建设作出了不可磨灭的贡献。晋察冀边区妇救会工作的顺利开展离不开扎实肯干、吃苦耐劳的妇女干部，离不开广泛开展、蓬勃高涨的群众运动，更离不开根据地的发展建设与中国共产党的正确领导。边区妇救会既是抗日民族统一战线的有机组成部分，同时也是中国共产党与边区广大妇女群众相互沟通的重要桥梁。在它的带领下，广大妇女群众为抗战做出贡献的同时，自身也获得了一定程度的解放，这充分说明女性个人的解放与国家民族的解放是相互促进的。这个经验对于今天妇女地位的改善有着重要的启示：在妇女问题多元化、复杂化、隐性化的今天，作为当代妇女团体在发挥桥梁作用的同时，要更善于发现社会中的妇女问题，增强妇女问题意识，消除妇女惰性思想，全面提高妇女素质；而作为一名当代女性，在全面发展个人素质之余，，要积极投身于中华民族崛起复兴的伟大事业中，为国家的建设增砖添瓦。这样，个人的自由才有更进一步的实现，社会地位才能获得进一步的提升。

The Women's Salvation Association in the Border region is an integral part of the anti-Japanese national United front.
