近代民族资本浔商衰落原因新探

【摘要】：清末民初,在浙江湖州南浔镇出现了一大批从事国际生丝贸易的商人,他们积聚了巨额财富,形成了近代中国最大的丝商群体——浔商。尔后,浔商凭借其雄厚财力,兼营多种行业,推动了江浙沪一带近代化。但19世纪70年代以后,浔商却迅速由盛转衰,退出历史舞台。关于浔商衰落原因,众说纷纭,莫衷一是,本文从浔商所处的社会背景、湖丝商品价值及市场竞争和浔商自身不足三个主要方面阐述。首先,由于清政府腐败,在关税保护和税收政策导致了中国资本主义不可能获得健康的发展。其次,鸦片战争后,西方列强凭借一系列不平等条约,攫取了关税主权,使民族资本浔商的发展困难重重。再加上日、美在国际市场上竭力打压,浔商被迫陷入绝境。最后,浔商的“尚文抑商”观念和传统的经营方法阻碍了其持续发展。它给我们的启示是:第一,国家的独立自主,是商业发展的基础。第二,注重产品生产技术和质量,顺应市场需求,洞悉和遵循国际贸易规则,是商业发展的关键。第三,不断提高生产者和经营者的素质,与时俱进,紧跟时代步伐。
[Abstract]:At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, a large number of merchants engaged in international raw silk trade appeared in Nanxun Town, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. They accumulated huge wealth and formed the largest group of silk merchants in modern China-xun merchants. It has promoted the modernization of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, but after the 1870s, xun merchants quickly turned from prosperity to decline and withdrew from the historical stage. There are different opinions about the reasons for the decline of xun merchants. In this paper, the social background of xunshang merchants, the value of Hu-silk commodities and market competition, and the shortcomings of Xunshang merchants themselves are discussed. First, due to the corruption of the Qing government, After the Opium War, after the Opium War, Western powers seized tariff sovereignty by virtue of a series of unequal treaties. The development of the national capital Xunshang merchants was beset with difficulties. In addition, Japan and the United States tried their best to suppress them in the international market, and they were forced to fall into a desperate situation. In the end, The concept of "Shang Wen and suppress business" and the traditional business methods of xun merchants hinder its sustainable development. The enlightenment it gives us is: first, the independence of the country is the foundation of commercial development; second, we should pay attention to the production technology and quality of products. The key to the development of business is to comply with the market demand and to understand and follow the rules of international trade. Third, we should constantly improve the quality of producers and operators, keep pace with the times and keep pace with the times.
