翁文灏的工业化思想研究

【摘要】：翁文灏是我国著名的地质学家、爱国人士。抗战期间,他指导并组织了中国的工业化建设工作。他在多年的实践工作中总结经验,并结合自己的专业知识逐渐形成、发展、完善了自己的工业化思想。其工业化思想在近代经济思想史上占有较重要的地位。本文围绕翁文灏的工业化思想,主要论述了四方面的内容：第一章简明扼要的叙述了翁文灏早期的人生理想与其主要经历,以便于加深我们对本文研究对象的认识与了解。第二章着重论述了翁文灏工业化思想的六个重要问题：分析中国国情,提出以农立国,以工建国的工业化发展之路；将自由经济、计划经济、统制经济三种经济制度加以糅合,提出合理统制经济的管理体制；主张实行国营经济为主、民营经济为辅的工业化建设模式；对中国工业化建设进行科学计划,通过实行外对开放,合理利用外国的资金、技术及人才培养来促进中国工业化的发展；主张区域开发是其工业化思想的重要组成部分；而大力提倡矿产开发,发展我国的能源工业则是其工业化思想中较有特色的一部分。第三章论述了翁文灏工业化思想形成与发展的主要影响因素。孙中山的民生主义与实业思想、国家干预经济理论以及1937年的苏德之行为其工业化思想提供了理论与实践依据。同时,翁文灏个人所兼具的学者和政治家的双重身份也对他的工业化思想产生了一定的影响。第四章简要论述了翁文灏工业化思想的实施与影响。其工业化思想的实施借助了国防设计委员会与资源委员会这两个平台,并对当时中国的工业化建设产生了积极与消极两方面的影响。文章最后的小结部分主要从经济思想史这个角度,对翁文灏工业化思想作了一个较简略的评价。指出尽管其工业化思想存在不足,但对当时的抗战及经济建设都做出了较大的贡献,是一份宝贵的思想遗产,对今天的我国现代化建设仍具有较大指导意义与借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Weng Wenhao is a famous geologist and patriot in China. During the War of Resistance against Japan, he guided and organized the construction of China's industrialization. He summed up his experience in many years of practical work and gradually formed and developed his own professional knowledge. The thought of industrialization occupies an important position in the history of modern economic thought. Based on Weng Wenhao's thought of industrialization, this paper mainly discusses the contents of four aspects:. The first chapter briefly narrates Weng Wenhao's early life ideal and his main experience in order to deepen our understanding and understanding of the object of this paper. The second chapter mainly discusses the six important problems of Weng's industrialization thought: analyzing the national conditions of China, putting forward the road of industrialization development based on agriculture, establishing a nation by industry, making free economy, planned economy, and so on. The three economic systems of controlling economy are mixed together, the management system of reasonably controlling economy is put forward, the mode of industrialization construction is advocated that the state-owned economy is the main body, the private economy is the supplement, and the scientific plan for the industrialization construction of China is carried out. To promote the development of China's industrialization by opening up to the outside world and making rational use of foreign capital, technology and personnel training; advocating that regional development is an important part of its industrialization thinking; and vigorously advocating mineral development, The development of China's energy industry is a more characteristic part of its industrialization thought. The third chapter discusses the main factors that affect the formation and development of Weng Wenhao's industrialization thought. The theory of state intervention in the economy and the behavior of Su de in 1937 provided the theoretical and practical basis for his industrialization thought. At the same time, the dual identity of the scholar and statesman of Weng Wenhao had a certain influence on his thought of industrialization. The fourth chapter briefly discusses the implementation and influence of Weng Wenhao's industrialization thought. The implementation of Weng's industrialization thought is based on the National Defense Design Commission and the Resource Committee. And the industrialization of China at that time produced positive and negative two aspects of the impact. In the last part of the article, from the point of view of the history of economic thought, the author makes a brief evaluation of Weng Wenhao's industrialization thought, and points out that although there are shortcomings in his industrialization thought, However, it has made great contributions to the war of resistance and economic construction at that time, and is a valuable ideological heritage, which is still of great guiding and referential significance to the modernization construction of our country today.
