大兴困难时期的副业生产

【摘要】：正1959年到1961年,是我国历史上的三年困难时期,由于受自然灾害和政策失误的影响,我国农业生产遭遇了严重挫折,粮食连年大幅减产,人民群众面临着粮食短缺和饥荒的危险。根据中央部署,困难时期全国各地政府督促生产队一边恢复发展集体农业生产,一边扶助社员大力发展家庭副业生产。当时的大兴~([1])就是如此。由于三年困难时期的灾荒时间长、涉及范围广,党和政府在积极展开国家救济的同时,也鼓励和动员
[Abstract]:From 1959 to 1961, it was a three-year difficult period in China's history. As a result of natural disasters and policy mistakes, China's agricultural production suffered a serious setback and grain production was drastically reduced year after year. The people are facing the danger of food shortage and famine. According to the Central Committee's plan, the governments of all parts of the country urged the production teams to resume the development of collective agricultural production at the same time in difficult times. This was the case with Daxing Li ([1]) at that time. Because of the long period of famine in three difficult periods and the wide range involved, the Party and the government, while actively launching state relief, also encouraged and mobilized.
