八一革命大学与新江西建设

【摘要】：1949年6月,江西省人民政府和中国共产党江西省委员会相继成立。如何巩固新政权并开创社会主义建设的新局面,是摆在党和政府面前的一道难题。江西八一革命大学的创建,就是破解上述难题的关键举措之一。在新政权建立的当月,省委省政府决定并创建了江西八一革命大学。江西八一革大在其建立并转型为江西行政学院的5年(1949.6-1954.10)间,共正式招生6期学员,后期还举办了文化部,培养学员近8千人;前3期借鉴了抗日军政大学的办学模式,第5、第6期则以轮训在职干部为主。八一革命大学招生严格,一般在主流媒体(《江西日报》)刊登广告公开招生,或通过行政机关推荐,但也存在破格录取的现象。录取的学员中,男性比例居高,且多为本省青年;学员家庭、党派成分复杂,入学动机多元,整体文化水平较高。八一革大办学特色鲜明,例如比较健全的行政机构、重视党团的建设;以思想政治教育为主、兼顾业务素质培养;为老根据地人员办识字教育、文化部教授初中知识;课堂教学与课后辅导相结合、小组讨论与自学相结合、课堂教学与社会实践相结合等。这些特色在不同期的办学过程中有所则重。通过八一革大的培养,学员们在短时间内统一了的思想,结业后服从组织分配,走上了各条工作战线。他们在新政权的实践中,逐渐成长为各级党政领导、教授、医生、经济师、高级工程师、艺术家、作家等,在建国前后的地方政权奠基、社会主义建设、改革开放后有中国特色社会主义的探索中,都付出了艰辛努力,尤其是为新江西的政治、经济、文教卫事业等的发展作出了重要积极贡献。
[Abstract]:In June 1949, Jiangxi Provincial people's Government and the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China were established one after another.How to consolidate the new regime and create a new situation of socialist construction is a difficult problem for the Party and the government.The establishment of Jiangxi August 1 Revolutionary University is one of the key measures to solve these problems.In the month when the new regime was established, the provincial government decided and founded Jiangxi August 1 Revolutionary University.During the 5 years of its establishment and transformation into Jiangxi Administrative College, Jiangxi Revolutionary University formally enrolled six students, and held a Ministry of Culture in the latter period to train nearly 8,000 students. The first three periods drew lessons from the mode of running a school of the Anti-Japanese military and political University.The fifth and sixth periods are based on rotation training of serving cadres.August 1 Revolutionary University enrollment is strict, generally in the mainstream media ("Jiangxi Daily") advertising public enrollment, or through the administrative organs recommended, but there is also a phenomenon of unusual admission.Among the enrolled students, the male proportion is high, and most of them are the youth of the province; the student's family, party composition is complex, the entrance motivation is multivariate, the whole culture level is higher.For example, the relatively sound administrative institutions attach great importance to the construction of the Party and Youth League; give priority to ideological and political education and give consideration to the cultivation of professional quality; run literacy education for the personnel in the old base areas, and the Ministry of Culture teaches junior high school knowledge;Classroom teaching is combined with after-class guidance, group discussion and self-study, classroom teaching and social practice.These characteristics are important in the process of running schools in different periods.Through the training of the August 1 Reform University, the students unified their ideas in a short period of time. After completing their studies, they were distributed from the organizations and went to various working fronts.In the practice of the new regime, they gradually grew into party and government leaders, professors, doctors, economists, senior engineers, artists, writers, etc. Before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China, they laid the foundation of local regimes and built socialism.In the exploration of socialism with Chinese characteristics after the reform and opening up, we have made arduous efforts, especially made important positive contributions to the development of politics, economy, culture, education and health care in New Jiangxi.
