日伪在河南沦陷区的奴化教育研究

【摘要】: 卢沟桥事变后,日本帝国主义发动全面侵华战争,华北、华中、华东、华南等大片领土沦入敌手。在沦陷区内,日本侵略者在用武力镇压中国人民反抗的同时,也利用文化教育来奴化中国人民的思想和进行欺骗性的宣传。日本侵略者对沦陷区人民进行奴化教育是其侵华战争的重要组成部分,是与武装占领、经济掠夺、民族压迫相辅相成的,但是它更具有隐蔽性,表面上看是一种文化教育现象,实质上是日本侵略者妄图达到泯灭沦陷区人民的民族意志和国家观念,进而达到征服中国人民的目的,使其服从、服务于日本的殖民统治。本文试对日伪在河南沦陷区推行奴化教育的资料进行搜集、整理、剖析,用历史事实揭露日本实施思想文化侵略的罪行,有效地回击日本右翼势力歪曲历史和美化殖民统治的言论。 论文正文分五部分。 第一部分介绍河南沦陷区奴化教育的背景。日本帝国主义于卢沟桥事变后发动全面侵华战争,并迅速占领河南的豫北、豫东等地区,随即在河南沦陷区先后成立伪河南省自治政府、伪河南省公署、伪开封市维持会、伪开封市政公署、豫北道及豫东道公署等政权机构,通过各级伪政权和伪组织对河南沦陷区民众进行奴化教育和欺骗性宣传,维护其殖民统治。 第二部分介绍河南沦陷区奴化教育的机构。学校教育方面,河南沦陷区除了一系列伪教育行政管理机关外,日伪当局还成立一些教育团体,作为推行奴化教育的辅助组织;社会教育方面,伪河南省各级新民会扮演着重要角色。 第三部分阐述河南沦陷区奴化教育的方针和内容。河南沦陷区的奴化教育是按照华北伪政权颁布的一系列教育方针进行的,奴化教育的内容主要体现在:宣扬“中日亲善”、“大东亚新秩序”等反动谬论、宣传封建主义的奴隶道德和所谓“东方文化”、积极推行日语教育、积极推行战时教育体制。 第四部分论述河南沦陷区奴化教育的形式和活动。日伪通过改编学校教材、加强对教师的控制和管理、恢复和整顿学校来全力整顿学校教育,通过利用新闻媒体、社会教育机构来强化社会教育,欺骗和奴化河南沦陷区人民。 第五部分剖析河南沦陷区奴化教育的危害和实质。日伪在河南沦陷区的奴化教育阻碍了河南教育事业的发展,便利了日伪的殖民统治。日伪推行奴化教育的实质在于泯灭沦陷区人民的民族意识、国家观念和反抗日本侵略的思想,培养为日本帝国主义侵略服务的工具,最终目的是为了彻底征服中国。
[Abstract]:After the Lugou Bridge incident, Japanese imperialism launched an all-out war of aggression against China.In the enemy-occupied areas, the Japanese aggressors used force to suppress the resistance of the Chinese people, but also used cultural education to enslave the Chinese people and carry out deceptive propaganda.The Japanese aggressors' enslaving education to the people of the enemy-occupied areas is an important part of their war of aggression against China, which complements armed occupation, economic plunder and national oppression, but it is more concealed and on the surface is a cultural and educational phenomenon.In essence, the Japanese aggressors attempted to destroy the national will and national concept of the people in the enemy-occupied areas, and then to conquer the Chinese people, to make them subdue and serve the colonial rule of Japan.This paper attempts to collect, collate, analyze and expose with historical facts the crime of Japanese ideological and cultural aggression in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.Respond effectively to Japanese rightwing claims that distort history and glorify colonial rule.The text of the paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background of enslavement education in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.After the incident of Lugou Bridge, the Japanese imperialists launched an all-out war of aggression against China, and quickly occupied the northern part of Henan, the eastern part of Henan, and other regions, and then set up a pseudo-Henan autonomous government in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province successively, the bogus Henan Provincial Office, and the pseudo-Kaifeng City maintenance Association.The pseudo-Kaifeng Municipal Office, North Henan Province and East Henan Province and other political institutions, through all levels of pseudo-regimes and false organizations to the people in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province for enslaving education and deceptive propaganda, to maintain their colonial rule.The second part introduces the institutions of enslavement education in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.In terms of school education, in addition to a series of pseudo-educational administrative organs in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province, the Japanese and puppet authorities have also set up some educational organizations as auxiliary organizations for the implementation of enslaved education; in the area of social education,False Henan Province at all levels of the new people will play an important role.The third part expounds the policy and content of enslavement education in enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.Enslavement education in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province is carried out in accordance with a series of educational policies promulgated by the pseudo-regime in North China. The contents of the enslavement education are mainly reflected in the following reactionary fallacies: propagating "Sino-Japanese Goodwill" and "New order of Greater East Asia" and other reactionary fallacies.Propagandizing feudal slave morality and so-called "oriental culture", actively promoting Japanese education and wartime education system.The fourth part discusses the forms and activities of enslavement education in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.By adapting school textbooks, strengthening the control and management of teachers, restoring and rectifying schools to rectify school education, Japan's bogus made use of the news media and social education institutions to strengthen social education, deceive and enslave the people in the enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.The fifth part analyzes the harm and essence of enslavement education in enemy-occupied areas of Henan Province.The enslavement education of Japanese puppet in the enemy-occupied area of Henan hindered the development of Henan education and facilitated the colonial rule of Japanese puppet.The essence of the Japanese puppet's enslavement education lies in destroying the people's national consciousness, national concept and the idea of resisting Japanese aggression in the enemy-occupied areas, and cultivating the tools to serve the Japanese imperialist aggression. The ultimate goal is to conquer China completely.
