【摘要】:民生轮船公司是近现代中国规模最大的私营航运企业,在中国近现代交通运输业中占有举足轻重的地位。然而,受到国共内战和公司内部巨额债务的影响,该公司一度陷入破产危机。在中共中央领导的关怀下,公司得到了国家的经济扶持并于1950年走上了“公私合营”道路。经过2年的过渡期和4年的正式合营时期,公司于1956年归为国营企业,由长江航运管理局统一管理经营。民生轮船公司在6年时间里经历了巨大的内部变化,公司所有权、决策权、人事权、经营权等相继被政府控制或收回。民生公司“公私合营”的整个过程真实地反映了新中国建立初期政府逐步利用和改造私营经济的历史过程。
[Abstract]:Minsheng Shipping Company is the largest private shipping company in modern China.However, affected by the KMT civil war and the company's huge internal debt, the company was once in bankruptcy crisis.Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the company received economic support from the state and embarked on a "public-private partnership" in 1950.After a transitional period of 2 years and a formal joint venture period of 4 years, the company was incorporated into a state-owned enterprise in 1956 under the unified management of the Yangtze River Shipping Administration.The Minsheng Shipping Company has undergone great internal changes in six years. The ownership, decision-making, personal and management rights of the company have been controlled or withdrawn by the government one after another.The whole process of "Public-Private Joint Venture" of Minsheng Company truly reflects the historical process in which the government gradually utilized and reformed the private economy in the early stage of the founding of New China.
