新制度经济学视阈下洋务运动失败原因探析

【摘要】：洋务运动是中国近代史上一次重要变革,对中国近代的发展产生了重要影响。以新制度经济学的理论探析洋务运动,其失败原因在于无法突破传统轨迹的路径依赖,根本没有触及清王朝的统治制度。而洋务企业产权安排不合理、传统价值观的抵制、既得利益者的反对,是洋务运动中产生路径依赖的原因。新制度经济学理论对我国现代化进程具有重要的借鉴和启示意义:在设计改革方案时,须考虑到制度的路径选择;进行制度创新,政府的角色也须重新定位;在制度变迁中,构建符合时代特征的社会群体心理。
[Abstract]:The Westernization Movement was an important change in the modern history of China and had an important influence on the development of modern China.The failure of the Westernization Movement based on the theory of New Institutional Economics lies in the inability to break through the path dependence of the traditional track and the fact that it did not touch the ruling system of the Qing Dynasty.The unreasonable arrangement of property rights of Westernization enterprises, the resistance of traditional values and the opposition of vested interests are the reasons of path dependence in Westernization Movement.The new institutional economics theory has important reference and enlightenment significance to the modernization process of our country: in designing the reform plan, we must consider the path choice of the system, carry on the system innovation, the role of the government should also be reoriented, in the course of the system change,Construct the social group psychology that accords with the characteristic of the times.
