【摘要】：侵华战争时期,内蒙古地区成为日本帝国主义的殖民统治区,日本在此实行了广泛的殖民统治。乌兰察布地区也无例外的成为日本殖民统治地区,政治上,日伪在此设立警察、特务机构并对普通大众实行残暴统治,严格镇压当地民众并对其实施暴行。经济上,推出并实行了大量的统制政策,对金融、交通、商业、农牧业进行了大规模的掠夺,使得这一地区商业、农牧业经济更加衰落,民众生活状况每况愈下。此外,大规模的鸦片种植与走私严重影响人们的正常生活,使这一地区社会风气愈加败坏。文化上,在此实行奴化教育,强迫推行日本语教育,并控制和利用喇嘛教、青帮和一贯道来为其殖民统治服务。日本侵略者强迫当地人民种植鸦片,一方面为其侵略战争筹措资金,另一方面大量的鸦片吸食不仅摧毁民众的身体,更消磨民众的抗日意志。俱乐部、妓院的泛滥毒化社会风气,麻痹人们的思想,使广大民众从精神上失去抗日斗志。
[Abstract]:During the war of invasion of China, Inner Mongolia became the colonial region of Japanese imperialism, in which Japan carried out extensive colonial rule. The Ulanchab region became a Japanese colonial region without exception. In politics, the Japanese puppet set up police, secret service and brutal rule on the general public, strictly suppressed the local people and carried out atrocities against them. In economy, a large number of control policies have been introduced and implemented, and the finance, transportation, commerce, agriculture and animal husbandry have been plundered on a large scale, which makes the economy of agriculture and animal husbandry decline even more, and the living conditions of the people go from bad to worse. In addition, large-scale opium cultivation and smuggling seriously affected the normal life of people, making the social atmosphere in this area worse. Culturally, enslavement education is carried out here, Japanese language education is forced to be carried out, and Lamaism, Qing Gang and Yan-dao are used to serve their colonial rule. The Japanese invaders forced the local people to plant opium, on the one hand, to finance their war of aggression, and on the other hand, a large amount of opium consumption not only destroyed the body of the people, but also killed the people's will to resist Japan. The proliferation of clubs and brothels poisoned social ethos, paralyzed people's thoughts and made the masses lose their spirit of fighting against Japan.
