张爱萍对华中抗战的历史贡献研究

【摘要】：抗日战争时期是张爱萍革命生涯中的一个极其重要的时期。作为新四军的主要将领和坚持华中敌后抗战的重要领导人,张爱萍先后出任中共江浙省委军委书记、豫皖省委书记、八路军武汉办事处高级参谋、八路军与新四军皖东北办事处处长、新四军第6支队第4总队总队长兼政治委员、八路军第5纵队第3支队司令员。皖南事变后,先后任新四军第3师第9旅旅长、第3师副师长兼苏北军区副司令员。1944年9月任新四军第4师师长兼淮北军区司令员。张爱萍认真贯彻执行党中央的抗战方针与策略,为取得华中敌后抗战的最后胜利做出了巨大的贡献。本文从五个方面来探讨张爱萍同志对华中敌后抗战的主要贡献。第一、抗日战争爆发后,张爱萍受毛泽东委派,赴上海任中共江浙省委军委书记,组织沪宁地区抗日活动,显示了杰出的工作才能。第二,张爱萍坚持独立自主原则和“发展进步势力、争取中间势力、孤立顽固势力”的抗日民族统一战线的策略方针,保证抗日民族统一战线的正确方向；正确协调各阶级、各阶层的利益关系,调动—切力量积极抗日。第三,张爱萍深入发动群众,披荆斩棘,历尽艰辛万苦,先后参与开辟豫皖苏抗日根据地、皖东北抗日根据地、苏北抗日根据地,并指挥部队挫败了日伪军的多次扫荡和国民党顽固派的进攻,巩固和发展了苏北和淮北根据地,为抗日战争的胜利立下了不朽的功勋。第四,张爱萍亲自领导内线作战,多次粉碎了国民党顽固派的摩擦与日伪军队的“扫荡”,巩固抗日根据地；切合时机加强抗日根据地党的建设、政权建设、经济建设和文化建设,为华中敌后抗日政权的巩固,群众生活的改善做出了重要贡献。第五,张爱萍在华中抗战革命实践中,“善诗词,长书法,精摄影,勤锻炼”,表现出了文武兼备、德才双罄的领导作风和高尚的人格魅力,这在张爱萍团结、凝聚和带领广大抗日军民战胜—切困难过程中,发挥了独特的、不可替代的作用。全面的研究张爱萍对华中敌后抗战的贡献,对于科学评价张爱萍同志的历史功绩,深化对中国抗日战争史和新四军史的研究都具有理论意义和现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The War of Resistance against Japan was an extremely important period in Zhang Aiping's revolutionary career. As the chief general of the New fourth Army and an important leader in the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in central China, Zhang Aiping has successively served as secretary of the CPC Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provincial military Commission, secretary of the Henan and Anhui Provincial Party Committee, and senior staff officer of the Wuhan Office of the eighth Route Army. The Chief of the Northeast Office of the eighth Route Army and the New fourth Army of Anhui Province, the chief captain and political committee member of the 4th Battalion of the 6th Detachment of the New fourth Army, and the Commander of the 3rd detachment of the 5th column of the eighth Route Army. After the Southern Anhui incident, he successively served as the 9 th Brigade Commander of the third Division of the New fourth Army, the deputy commander of the 3rd Division and the deputy commander of the Subei military region. In September 1944, he served as the commander of the 4th Division of the New fourth Army and commander of the Huaibei military region. Zhang Aiping conscientiously carried out the Party Central Committee's anti-Japanese policy and strategy, and made great contributions to the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in Central China. This paper probes into Comrade Zhang Aiping's main contribution to the Anti-Japanese War behind Central China from five aspects. First, after the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, Zhang Aiping, appointed by Mao Zedong, went to Shanghai to serve as secretary of the CPC Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provincial military Committee and to organize anti-Japanese activities in the Huning region, showing outstanding talent for work. Second, Zhang Aiping adheres to the principle of independence and independence and the strategic policy of the anti-Japanese national United front of "developing progressive forces, winning over the middle forces and isolating the diehard forces", so as to ensure the correct direction of the anti-Japanese national United front and to correctly coordinate the various classes. The interests of all levels of relations, mobilize-cutting forces actively anti-Japanese. Third, Zhang Aiping has deeply mobilized the masses, carried out hardships and hardships, and successively participated in the opening up of the anti-Japanese base areas in Henan, Anhui, and Northeast Anhui, as well as in the anti-Japanese base areas in northern Jiangsu. The command forces thwarted the Japanese puppet army's many raids and the Kuomintang die-hards' attacks, consolidated and developed the Subei and Huaibei base areas, and made immortal contributions to the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan. Fourthly, Zhang Aiping personally led the internal battle, repeatedly smashing the friction of the die-hards of the Kuomintang and the "sweep" of the Japanese puppet troops, consolidating the anti-Japanese base areas, and strengthening the Party building and political power building in the anti-Japanese base areas at the right time. Economic construction and cultural construction have made important contributions to the consolidation of the anti-Japanese regime behind the enemy lines in Central China and the improvement of the life of the masses. Fifthly, in the revolutionary practice of the Central China War of Resistance against Japan, Zhang Aiping, "good poetry, long calligraphy, fine photography, and hard exercise," demonstrated the leadership style and noble charisma of both arts and arts, both virtuous and talented, and noble personality charm. This was United in Zhang Aiping. It has played a unique and irreplaceable role in the process of condensing and leading the masses of anti-Japanese army and people to overcome the difficulties. A comprehensive study of Zhang Aiping's contribution to the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in Central China is of theoretical and practical significance for scientifically evaluating Comrade Zhang Aiping's historical achievements and deepening the study of the history of the Chinese War of Resistance against Japan and the History of the New fourth Army.
