【摘要】：《全民周刊》是抗战时期全国各界救国联合会的机关刊物。1937年12月,上海、南京相继失陷,国民党政府被迫迁都武汉,中华民族危机严重。为了拯救中华民族,推动国民党全面抗战,同年12月11日,沈钧儒等爱国人士在汉口创办该刊。1938年7月,该刊出了30期后与邹韬奋创办的《抗战》三日刊合并,改名为《全民抗战》。《全民周刊》由沈钧儒创办,全民周刊社出版,生活书店总经销。社长沈钧儒,编辑有李公朴、柳n\、钱俊瑞、张志让、张仲实、王昆仑、张申府等,发行人为李公朴。他们都是救国会的主要领导人。该刊以加强全民的统一战线,将单纯的政府和军队抗战转变为全面的、全民族抗战,作为办刊宗旨,宣传中国共产党的抗日民族统一战线政策,坚持团结、民主和全面抗战的鲜明立场,反对国民党政府的片面抗战路线。《全民周刊》不仅是抗战时期中国共产党在国统区的重要宣传阵地,也是国统区各党派共议抗战的重要舆论阵地。在该刊上发表文章的不仅有潘梓年、董维键、钱俊瑞、胡绳、侯外庐等共产党人,也有冯玉祥等国民党人,还有沈钧儒、章伯钧、张申府等社会知名人士。他们在抗日救亡的时代召唤下,坚持抗战到底,批判国民党当局的妥协投降政策,并为推进中国的抗战进程,掀起了一场全民抗战运动。该刊开辟了社论、短评、诗歌、每周刊事解说、信箱、小问答、新书介绍、“半月刊物一勺”等栏目。《全民周刊》内容丰富,影响深远,刊物以政治为主要内容,不仅注重对国内国际战局与时局的分析,还积极宣传前线将士浴血奋战的英雄事迹,号召中华民族加强团结,呼吁停止内战、一致对外。与此同时,刊布反映社会各阶层动态及其对抗战各方面工作的具体方案,积极动员民众参军抗战或支援前线,还关心底层民众疾苦,报道他们的生存困境,揭露战争的残酷。《全民周刊》是抗日战争时期进步的综合性政论刊物,也是救国会的重要刊物。它的出版发行对中国人民建立抗日民族统一战线产生了重要影响。它坚定了中国同胞坚持停止内战、一致对外、抗战到底的决心,推动了民主宪政运动的发展,有力地批判了专制独裁制度。现在,《全民周刊》具有了重要的史料价值,它不仅是研究救国会的重要历史资料,也是研究抗日战争时期保卫武汉的重要资料。
[Abstract]:In December 1937, Shanghai and Nanjing fell one after another, and the Kuomintang government was forced to move its capital, Wuhan, and the crisis of the Chinese nation was serious. In order to save the Chinese nation and promote the Kuomintang's all-out anti-Japanese war, on December 11 of the same year, Shen Junru and other patriots set up the magazine in Hankou. In July 1938, the magazine was merged with the "War of Resistance against Japan" three days, which was founded by Zou Taofen in July 1938. Changed its name to "the War of Resistance against the whole people". The Weekly of the whole people was founded by Shen Junru, published by the whole people's Weekly Press, and the general distribution of life bookstores. President Shen Junru, editors have Li Gongpu, Liu n\, Qian Junrui, Zhang Zhiren, Zhang Zhongshi, Qian Junrui, Zhang Shenhu, etc. They are the main leaders of the National Salvation Council. With a view to strengthening the United front of the whole people and transforming the simple anti-Japanese war between the government and the armed forces into a comprehensive, all-nation anti-Japanese war, as the purpose of running the publication, the magazine propagandizes the anti-Japanese national United front policy of the Communist Party of China and adheres to unity. "the National Weekly week" is not only an important propaganda position for the Communist Party of China in the Kuomintang controlled areas during the War of Resistance against Japan, but also an important position of public opinion for all parties in the Kuomintang controlled area to discuss the War of Resistance against Japan. There are not only Communist Party members such as Pan Zinian, Dong Weijian, Qian Junrui, Hu Sheng and Hu Sheng, but also Kuomintang people such as Hu Sheng, as well as social celebrities such as #china_person_person, Zhang Bojun, Zhang Shenfu and so on. Under the call of the times of resisting Japan and saving the nation, they persisted in the War of Resistance to the end, criticized the policy of compromise and surrender of the Kuomintang authorities, and set off a national movement of resistance against Japan in order to promote the progress of the War of Resistance against Japan in China. The magazine has opened up columns such as editorials, short reviews, poems, explanations, mailboxes, small questions and answers, new books, and a spoonful of bimonthly articles. The "National Weekly" is rich in content and far-reaching, and its main content is politics. It not only pays attention to the analysis of domestic and international war situation and current situation, but also actively propagandizes the heroic deeds of front-line officers and men fighting in blood, calls on the Chinese nation to strengthen unity, calls for an end to the civil war, and makes a concerted effort to go abroad. At the same time, the publications reflect the dynamics of all sectors of society and specific plans for their work in all aspects of the War of Resistance against Japan. They actively mobilize the people to join the armed forces in the War of Resistance or support the front lines. They also care about the sufferings of the people at the bottom and report on their plight in existence. The National Weekly is a comprehensive political publication of progress during the War of Resistance against Japan, as well as an important publication of the National Salvation Association. Its publication and distribution has had an important impact on the establishment of the anti-Japanese national United front by the Chinese people. It strengthened the determination of the Chinese compatriots to stop the civil war, unite with the outside world and fight against Japan to the end, promoted the development of the democratic constitutional movement, and forcefully criticized the autocratic dictatorship. Now, the National Weekly is of great historical value. It is not only an important historical material for studying the National Salvation Association, but also an important material for defending Wuhan during the War of Resistance against Japan.
