【摘要】： 民国初年政局变动频繁,军阀为一己私欲割据混战,几无宁日,给广大人民带来巨大灾难。1917年竟然上演复辟丑剧,企图开历史的倒车。是年,府院关系因对德问题再度恶化,黎元洪和段祺瑞争相拉拢拥兵徐州的张勋,以为奥援。张勋以此为契机,以调停为名,北上复辟,史称张勋复辟或丁巳复辟。复辟逆行遭到全国人民的强烈反对,迅速归于失败,张勋逃匿。张勋复辟期间,北京商业、金融业受此影响,几近崩溃,其它地方商业也大受影响。北上辫军对京城人民也是祸害一时,与讨逆军之战争,更是严重影响了京城人民的生命安全。且辫军随张勋北上的只占少数,留在地方的辫军在张勋复辟期间尤其是张勋逃匿后,缺乏约束,对驻地及周边地区犯下了滔天罪行,抢劫、焚烧、杀戮、绑架、奸淫无恶不作,糜烂一方,苏、鲁、皖三省由于驻扎辫军较多,被祸颇为惨重。本文主体分为四大部分：第一部分主要写张勋及辫军的由来,着重记述了张勋复辟期间辫军对北京商业、治安等的危害。第二部分为文章的重点,主要探讨了辫军在张勋复辟期间尤其是张勋逃匿后,对地方上的危害,安徽、江苏、山东三省由于驻扎辫军较多,受祸害最重。笔者在搜索大量报刊资料的基础上,力图重现辫军祸华的历史瞬间。第三部分主要记述了辫军被遣散、收编的过程,辫军作为一支独立的军队消失,辫军祸华的历史结束。余论部分主要指出辫军祸华的消与未消,辫军的历史虽然结束,但军阀统治中国并未结束,继续蹂躏着中国大地。本文写作的目的是要在大量史实的基础上,让人们意识到军阀统治的祸国殃民,进而努力维护我们现在来之不易的和平环境,抵制各种敌对分裂势力,为社会主义和谐社会的建成,做出自己的贡献。
[Abstract]:In the early years of the Republic of China, the political situation changed frequently, the warlords were fighting for their own selfish desires and had few peaceful days, which brought great disaster to the broad masses of people. In 1917, they even staged a reversion of ugliness in an attempt to turn back history. In 1995, the relationship between the government and the court deteriorated again because of the German issue. Li Yuanhong and Duan Qirui scrambled to win over Zhang Xun of Xuzhou. Zhang Xun as an opportunity, in the name of mediation, to restore north, known as the restoration of Jang-hoon or Ding has been restored. The retrograde restoration was strongly opposed by the people of the whole country and quickly failed, and Zhang Xun fled and hid. During Jang Hsun's restoration, Beijing's commercial and financial sectors were affected, nearly collapsing, and so were businesses elsewhere. The northward braided army is also a disaster to the people of Beijing, and the war against the army has seriously affected the lives and safety of the people of the capital. In addition, only a few braided troops went northward with Jang Hsun. During the restoration of Jang Hsun, especially after Zhang Xun fled and hid, the braided troops lacked restraint and committed heinous crimes, robbery, burning, killing, kidnapping, and adultery against the garrison and surrounding areas. Erosion side, Jiangsu, Shandong, Anhui three provinces due to more braided troops, the disaster is quite heavy. The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly describes the origin of Zhang Xun and the braided army, and emphatically describes the harm of the braided army to the commercial and public security of Beijing during the restoration of Zhang Xun. The second part is the focus of the article, mainly discusses the braided army during the restoration of Zhang Xun, especially after Zhang Xun fled to hide, the harm to the local, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shandong provinces because of more braided troops, suffered the most harm. On the basis of searching for a large number of newspapers and periodicals, the author tries to recreate the historical moment of braided army disaster. The third part mainly describes the process of the braided army being disbanded and reorganized. The braided army as an independent army disappears and the history of braided army disaster ends. The last part mainly points out that the braided army's history is over, but the warlords' rule over China is not over, and continues to ravage the land of China. The purpose of this article is to make people realize that the warlords' rule has brought disaster to the country and the people on the basis of a great deal of historical facts, and to strive to maintain a peaceful environment that we have not easily won, and to resist all kinds of hostile separatist forces.
