安福国会与1919年南北议和

【摘要】：1919年南北议和是在国际和国内和平气氛高涨、人民渴盼统一的背景下及南方军阀、总统徐世昌、北方政府各有所图的形势下促成的。由于参加议和的北方代表多系安福系成员,所以长期以来,破坏南北议和的帽子便完全扣在了安福国会的头上。尽管安福国会的立场与议和的目标是背道而驰的,但南北议和的破裂却是南北双方合力作用的结果,双方毫无诚意的自我利益的坚守是将1919年南北和谈推向决裂的主要原因。
[Abstract]:In 1919, the peace between the north and the south was promoted under the background of international and domestic peace, the people longed for reunification, the southern warlord, president Xu Shichang, and the northern government. Since many of the northern delegates to the peace were members of the Anfords, the hat that had long been used to undermine the North-South peace had been pinned entirely on the head of the Anfu Congress. Although Anfu's stance runs counter to the goal of peace, the breakdown of North-South peace is the result of a concerted effort on the part of the two sides, whose insincere self-interest is the main reason for pushing the 1919 North-South peace talks to a break.
