【摘要】：本文主要围绕蒙古盟旗传统权利、近代民族自决自治理论以及内蒙古人民革命党的思想主张与政治军事活动,对成立于1925年的内蒙古人民革命党与1945年宣布恢复的内蒙古人民革命党两段历史进行融会贯通,开展综合研究。在研究方法上,注重放宽视野,将宏观角度与微观分析相结合,把内蒙古人民革命党所发起的内蒙古自治运动置于20世纪上半期的国内外大环境中进行阐述、分析,探讨该党在近代内蒙古自治运动中所发挥的历史作用。全文由引言、正文、结论三个部分组成。引言内容包括选题意义、国内外研究概况与研究目标、创新点、论文撰写过程中遇到的问题以及相关名词术语说明。正文共有五章。第一章论述近代内蒙古自治运动的基础与背景,内容包含清代蒙古传统权利及其丧失、民国初期的内蒙古处境、近代民族自决自治理论的产生及其对内蒙古的早期影响。第二章论述内蒙古人民革命党创立时期的国内外政治大环境、内蒙古各有关政治力量的早期活动与他们在内蒙古人民革命党旗帜下的首次联合、内蒙古人民革命党临时中央委员会的成立与活动等。第三章论述内蒙古人民革命党第一次大会的召开过程,该党于1925-1927年的军队建设、地方组织与宣传工作、干部储备以及相关政治军事活动,该党政治宗旨及其对内蒙古自治运动产生的影响。第四章论述内蒙古人民革命党的内部分裂、新中央委员会的产生及其与内蒙古政治的关系、于1928年在内蒙古发生的一系列武装运动等。第五章主要探讨内蒙古人民革命党在日本占领期间的自行解散、第二次世界大战后的国内外大环境、内蒙古人民革命党宣布恢复事件及该党东蒙古本部的成立与初期活动、内蒙古人民革命党与国内外各方的联系、内蒙古人民革命党的撤销并归于中国共产党领导的内蒙古自治运动联合会的过程、内蒙古自治政府的成立等。结论对本文内容进行归纳,阐述对内蒙古人民革命党历史的思考,对该党对内蒙古自治运动的影响以及中国共产党领导下的内蒙古自治运动胜利进行分析、总结。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly focuses on the traditional rights of Mongolian flag, the autonomy theory of national self-determination in modern times, and the ideology and political and military activities of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party. The history of Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, founded in 1925, and Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, which was declared to be restored in 1945, is integrated and studied. In terms of research methods, we should pay attention to broadening our horizons, combine the macro perspective with the micro analysis, and put the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement initiated by the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party in the domestic and international environment in the first half of the 20th century. This paper discusses the historical role of the party in the modern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement. The full text consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The preface includes the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research situation and research objectives, the innovation points, the problems encountered in the process of writing the paper and the terminology description. There are five chapters in the text. The first chapter discusses the foundation and background of modern Inner Mongolia autonomy movement, including the Qing Dynasty Mongolian traditional rights and their loss, the situation of Inner Mongolia in the early period of the Republic of China, the emergence of modern national self-determination autonomy theory and its early influence on Inner Mongolia. The second chapter discusses the political environment at home and abroad during the founding of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, the early activities of the political forces concerned in Inner Mongolia and their first association under the banner of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party. The establishment and activities of the interim Central Committee of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party. The third chapter discusses the convening process of the first Congress of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, the army construction, the local organization and propaganda work, the cadre reserve and the related political-military activities of the party in 1925-1927. The political purpose of the party and its influence on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement. The fourth chapter discusses the internal division of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party, the emergence of the New Central Committee and its relationship with Inner Mongolia politics, and a series of armed movements that took place in Inner Mongolia in 1928. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the dissolution of the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party during the period of Japanese occupation, the domestic and foreign environment after the second World War, the announcement by the Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party of the restoration event and the establishment and initial activities of the party's East Mongolia headquarters. The relationship between Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party and all parties at home and abroad, the cancellation of Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party and the process of belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement Federation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the establishment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government, etc. Conclusion the content of this paper is summarized, the historical thinking of Inner Mongolia people's Revolutionary Party is expounded, the influence of this party on Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement and the victory of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Movement under the leadership of Communist Party of China are analyzed and summarized.
