晚清澳门公共卫生管理研究

【摘要】：城市公共卫生的管理是市政管理和政府公共事业的重要组成部分，葡国对澳门实行殖民管治以后，受近代西方城市管理观念的影响，，加大了对澳门城市卫生管理的力度，改善了澳门的人居环境。晚清澳门的公共卫生管理可以说走在了同时代中国的最前端，不仅设置了一些专门的卫生管理机构，而且制订了一系列卫生管理法规，对街道、民居卫生、食品安全、垃圾处理、环境污染管控及绿化建设等方面进行规范化的管理，使近代澳门的公共卫生管理制度不断趋于完善，在很大程度上为后来澳门公共卫生事业的发展提供了宝贵的经验。
[Abstract]:The management of urban public health is an important part of the municipal administration and the government public utility. After the colonial administration of Macao was carried out in Portugal, due to the influence of modern western urban management concepts, the management of urban health in Macao has been strengthened. The living environment of Macao has been improved. The public health management of Macao in the late Qing Dynasty can be said to have been at the forefront of contemporary China. Not only have some special health management agencies been set up, but also a series of health management laws and regulations have been formulated to regulate the hygiene of streets, residential buildings, and food safety. The standardized management of waste disposal, environmental pollution control and greening construction has made the public health management system in modern Macao more and more perfect. To a great extent, it provided valuable experience for the development of public health in Macao.
