浅议晚清时期留学的选派与管理制度

【摘要】：晚清政府在多年留学生派遣实践中,慢慢摸索出一条既适应洋务运动需要又适应国内封建统治需要的留学制度,无论是选派还是管理制度,都从凌乱无序逐渐走向规范和严苛,为后来中国留学制度的发展提供了初步借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the practice of sending overseas students over the years, the government of the late Qing Dynasty slowly found out a system of studying abroad that not only adapted to the needs of the Westernization movement but also to the needs of the feudal rule in China. Whether the school selection or the management system were gradually moving from disorderly to standardized and strict, It provides a preliminary reference for the later development of Chinese study abroad system.
