甲午战争赔款与日本

【摘要】：甲午战争结束后,清政府向日本的巨额赔款对近代日本社会发展产生了何种作用,的确值得深思。就笔者管见,这种影响主要体现在两个方面:其一,这笔战争赔款的核算、支付、管理方式改变了战前日本的金融体制。其二,战争赔款也影响着日本民众的战争观,进而对日本的对外关系产生影响。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Sino-Japanese War, the huge indemnity paid by the Qing government to Japan has played a significant role in the development of modern Japanese society, which is indeed worth pondering. As far as the author is concerned, this influence is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, the accounting, payment and management of the war indemnity changed the financial system of Japan before the war. Second, war reparations also affect the Japanese people's view of war, and then influence Japan's foreign relations.
