【摘要】：解放战争时期，山东临沂地区一直都是国共双方军事争夺的重点区域。在长期的战争中，临沂人民始终承担解放军后勤补给的艰巨任务，无数支前民夫跟随部队转战各地，为各大战役的胜利提供了有力保障。后方人民节衣缩食、吃糠咽菜、拿出大批粮食物资支援部队作战，为解放战争的胜利做出了突出贡献。临沂支前民夫作为全国民众支前活动的缩影，具有显著的代表性。在支前过程中建立的民夫组织与管理体制是临沂支前民夫能够完成任务的重要保障。在各级支前委员会的领导下，临沂各地建立起了一整套的省、区、县、乡支前领导机构，并根据战争需要不断地调整民夫编制，同时还在民夫队伍中建立起了严密的组织团体和生活管理制度。这些措施有效的巩固了民夫队伍，保证了支前任务的完成。民夫的思想教育工作是整个民夫管理工作的核心。针对民夫中存在的各种思想问题，中共方面先后通过时事思想教育活动、立功运动、反特锄奸运动等教育活动，，对支前民夫开展了积极有效的思想教育工作，为支前任务的完成提供了重要的思想保证。
[Abstract]:During the period of the war of liberation, the Linyi region of Shandong has always been the key area for the military contention between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. In the long war, the people of Linyi have always undertaken the arduous task of the logistics of the liberation army. It has made outstanding contributions to the victory of the liberation war by taking out large quantities of food and materials to support the army.
