【摘要】：1881年5月至8月,清朝驻日使领与奉命考察日本的朝鲜"朝士视察团",围绕国际大势、中朝两国的困境与出路等问题进行了广泛而深入的讨论,全方位地评判了日本的明治维新,赞赏日本改革在器物层面所取得的成就,批评日本在政治体制、社会风俗等方面的全盘西化,断定日本改革已呈骑虎难下之势,明治维新决不可能使日本走上富强之路。它带有明显的中国印记,折射出中朝两国在近代化道路上的艰难探索。
[Abstract]:From May to August 1881, the Qing Dynasty ambassador to Japan and the Korean "Korean visiting mission", who were ordered to visit Japan, had extensive and in-depth discussions about the international situation, the plight and the way out of the two countries. Judging Japan's Meiji Restoration in all directions, appreciating the achievements of Japanese reform at the level of implements, criticizing the total westernization of Japan in the political system, social customs, and so on, it was concluded that Japan's reform had taken on the trend of "riding the tiger on a tiger's feet". The Meiji Restoration will never set Japan on the path to prosperity. It is marked by China and reflects the difficult exploration on the road of modernization between China and North Korea.
