程德全与东北近代化改革——兼论程德全的历史地位

【摘要】：程德全的历史地位是由他在历史转折年代中的所作所为决定的。他在近代中国历史上的主要作为可以从四个方面加以概括:率先反正,和平光复苏州,进而逐步实现全省的光复;捍卫东北边疆,抵制沙俄侵略;为官清廉,严惩贪腐行为;兴办实业,开启黑龙江地区近代化的大门。这些重要活动成为后人评价他的基本依据。以往史学界所谓程德全"投机革命""阻挠历史前进"之类的论断应予推倒。
[Abstract]:Cheng Dequan's historical position is determined by what he did in the turn of history. His main works in modern Chinese history can be summarized from four aspects: take the lead, restore Suzhou peacefully, and gradually realize the restoration of the whole province; defend the northeast frontier, resist Russian aggression, act as an official and punish corruption severely; Set up industry, open the gate of modernization of Heilongjiang area. These important activities have become the basic basis for future generations to evaluate him. In the past, the theories of Cheng Dequan's speculative revolution and obstructing the advance of history should be pushed down.
