民国时期城市卫生方式的变迁——以饮水卫生为中心的考察

【摘要】：受传统风俗习惯的制约和过高水费的限制,我国自来水的普及率并不高。自来水公司经营方式对于确保自来水质量、提高自来水普及率具有重要影响。自来水公司在创办初期大都采取商办的模式,导致出现系列问题。后来收归官办,在政府的主持下进行设备革新、业务改良,使自来水的普及率有了提高,政府开始承担起保护民众健康的责任。
[Abstract]:Restricted by traditional customs and too high water charges, the popularization rate of tap water in China is not high. The operation mode of tap water company has important influence on ensuring tap water quality and increasing tap water popularization rate. Water companies in the initial stage of most of the business model, leading to a series of problems. Later, it was taken over to the government, under the auspices of the government, the reform of equipment and business improved the popularity of tap water, and the government began to take responsibility for protecting the health of the people.
